We are hiring a Branch Manager in Duncan, SC.


The Branch Manager is responsible for growth of both revenues and profits of the Duncan, SC branch. This role collaborates with their Sales Directors and Operations to develop strategies to maximize their objectives. In addition to ensuring sales budgets are met and profits are maximized, the manager provides leadership to the branch team- creating a culture of safety, quality, service, and customer satisfaction all while holding themselves and their team accountable. Duties & Responsibilities

· Achieve Sales targets and budget.

· Maximize profits and cash flow through analysis of the P&L, acceptable inventory levels, and collection of accounts receivable.

· Create a branch culture of Safety, Quality and Customer Service Focus, while adhering to company policies and procedures and conducting quarterly safety meetings.

· Work closely with the Outside Sales Representative, meeting with top customers and/or prospects.

· Conduct monthly sales meeting with the branch team, assuring ownership and accountability of goals and objectives and sales targets.

· Prepare/Submit plans, reports, analysis for growth (Sales Budgets/Capital Budgets/Overhead Reductions), quarterly, annually; Implement same

· Performance Management of the team members by coaching, mentoring, motivating, assessing strengths and weaknesses, reviewing, evaluating, and proactively addressing to train, develop, and improve.

· Manage inventory by conducting weekly cycle counts/annual physical inventory.

· Continually develop technical and professional knowledge by attending workshops, seminars, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional trade associations.

· Manage fabrication warehouse and uphold a safety culture.


Sales Management Responsibilities

· Meeting planned sales goals and targets.

· Overseeing the activities and performance of the branch sales team

· Ongoing training of the sales and customer service team

· Understanding the top customers and how they relate to our products/services.

Requirements:

Education/Qualifications

·Bachelor's Degree from four-year university or equivalent work experience.

· Results Driven-Goal Oriented.

· Proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding Sales and Profit goals.

· Strong Decision-making abilities and leadership skills.

· Proficient at recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training staff members.

· Effective communicator- presentation and written form.

· Critical Thinker.

· Skillful with Microsoft Office and Google.

· Rigging Industry Experience- Preferred
