**Purpose**:

Supplement company revenue growth goals through continuous and timely follow up on existing unsold quotes and estimates. The ideal candidate brings a desire to not only meet, but exceed expectations, grow daily as a professional, and finds excitement in a “no-ceiling” earnings environment.

**Outcomes for the Job**:

1. **Conversion Performance** : Build to and maintain a minimum of 10% conversion rate on all leads provided through HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) Sales, Service, and Plumbing.

2. **Incremental Revenue Growth** : Build to and maintain dollars sold to $1.5m annually, with an end goal of reaching $2m annually.

3. **Discount Management** : Utilization of “Value Add” over price reduction in the sales efforts, maintaining a discount maximum of 5% blended across all divisional sales.
