Bookkeeper

  • Bi-Lingual preferred

Specific Responsibilities include:

  • Daily entry of transactions to QuickBooks including:
    • Daily collections and review of AR Aging reports
    • Creating Invoices and entering payments for preparation of deposits
    • Accounts payable, entering invoice, vendor reconciliations, preparation of weekly AP report for approval
    • Verification and posting of Credit card transactions
  • Preparation of NTO’s to be sent to contractor’s, daily with invoicing, including appropriate follow up and any necessary lien filings
  • Fleet management and oversight
  • Additional reconciliation and oversight as required. Daily reporting to controller as required.
