Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, and community-based environments.
  • Implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan.
  • Provide regular written and verbal progress updates on treatment goals.
  • Be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Have a valid drivers license and vehicle
  • Excellent communication skills

Quality ABA Services is seeking someone with the desire to improve the lives of others. Experience is preferred but not required from those looking to work for a growing company that focuses on the quality of services for our clients and families. Training will be provided to all employees regardless of experience. The role of the ABA Therapist or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is imperative to an ABA program. This person must be reliable, responsible, eager to learn, ambitious, organized and want to help families improve their quality of life. The position requires providing in home and community-based ABA services, monitor the progress of a treatment plan by collecting data about the clients behaviors through direct observation, incorporate parent training, and meet with supervisors regularly. The therapist will also work closely with the BCBA to update the treatment plan, assessments and skill acquisition plans.'
