If you are looking to break into this profession your base salary will stary at $52,000 with first year commissions expected to be $25,500

If you're an experienced insurance sales veteran your base salary will start at $72,000 with your first year commission expected to be $42,500.

Responsibilities

Advise Truckers and Contractors in the purchase of insurance and bonds.

Assist our account managers in executing our Minuteman Service Timeline Plan for your accounts.

Engage in a course study to obtain your TRIP or CRIS designations or similar industry designation.

Spend a minimum of 90 days working in our Charlton office when you first start.



Requirements
  • Producer License - We will train to get you licensed.
  • Work within a team atmosphere but be fiercely independent
  • Patience....to build a book of business takes time - minimum 3-5 years


Though we embrace a remote work force you must be willing/able to work in our main office for the first 90 days
