Assist in implementing a recruiting plan and evaluate and identify qualified student-athletes. Work with local high schools and clubs to organize and execute pool rentals. Commitment to working and teaching within an environment that embraces the holistic development of the student-athlete. Serve in an administrative capacity and have a secondary duty as directed by the Athletic Administration. Comply with all <span>NCAA</span> Division <span>III</span>, <span>NEWMAC</span>, and Wheaton College rules and regulations.<br /><br /><strong>Essential Responsibilities:</strong><br /><br /></div><ul><li>Teach and develop student-athletes skills, conditioning, and sports knowledge. Organize and conduct team practices to prepare the team for competition.
