Asset Manager Analyst or Associate

Amity Companies, LLC is seeking an Asset Manager Analyst or Associate to assist in overseeing our growing Affordable and market rate housing portfolio.<br><br>You would be joining a vibrant, entrepreneurial team working out of Amity's downtown Portland (ME) or Greenwich (CT) offices. The firm's financial stability and fast growth would allow the right candidate ample room for career advancement.<br><br><strong>Requirements</strong><br><br>-1-4 years of relevant work experience in real estate asset management, property management, finance, or investment preferred; experience in affordable housing (LIHTC and Section 8) is a plus.<br><br>-Strong analytical skills.<br><br>-Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities.<br><br>-Excellent written and oral communication skills.<br><br>-Willingness to travel (~25%).<br><br>-Proficient in Excel.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br><br>-Oversee portfolio financial performance and drive asset-level results of assigned properties.<br><br>-Interface with property managers and 3rd party service providers to implement asset business plans on assigned properties.<br><br>-Maintain a detailed working knowledge of property physical and financial performance on assigned properties.<br><br>-Assist with due diligence on acquisitions of new properties to ensure a smooth transition.<br><br>-Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for assigned properties.<br><br>-Other duties as required.<br><br><strong>About Amity Companies, LLC</strong><br><br>Joseph Cohen and Harrison Wreschner co-founded Amity Companies, LLC, a specialty real estate investment firm, in 2019.
