Administrative Assistant
Compensation: Starting at $500 per week starting for 35 hours per week. Negotiable based on experience. Can be discussed further at interview
Employment type: full-time/in-person at the office in Tecumseh, Michigan

Mise En Place Management is hiring an organized, efficient person to be an assistant to the Executive. We consult and manage businesses in several verticals including real estate, hospitality, and retail/e-commerce. The company is growing rapidly and you will be a big part of the continued growth. The position would be in-person based out of the company office in downtown Tecumseh, MI.

Key Responsibilities:
Organizing the office and optimizing it for high efficiency and clear thinking.
Manage and maintain compliance
Recordkeeping and Filing
Manage scheduling for company executive and managers
Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company executive
Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive
Prioritize emails and respond when necessary
Coordinate travel arrangements
