GBCH&FM is currently seeking dedicated youth workers who will serve as positive role models to support, lead, and encourage the youth we serve. Accelerate your career while doing a job that truly matters, and enjoy the rewards of helping people lead better lives.Key Responsibilities Provide assistance at campus/program by enforcing rules, modeling positive behavior, and serving as mentor for young people. Oversee daily operations of program including completing necessary paperwork such as daily logs, incident reports, and medication administration as necessary. Organize and facilitate recreational activities including games, physical fitness, and scheduled events on a daily basis. Assess group dynamics and collaborate with team members to create activities for desired outcomes such as relationship building, positive social interaction, and improved self-confidence. Foster collaboration and leadership through activities that promote teamwork and encouraging participants to actively pursue responsibility.Job Skills & QualificationsRequired: Minimum age 21 High school diploma or GED plus willingness to complete on-the-job training Attention to detail and ability to solve problems quickly and responsibly Excellent communication skills in both writing and speaking Must have a driver's license and pass a background check One to two years of experience working with youth (volunteer or paid) Degree in human services or related fieldGBCH&FM offers a benefit package for Full Time Employees that may include: Health Benefits Paid Leave Educational Assistance Program 403b
