The Workday Payroll Analyst position is responsible for handling high-volume multi-state payroll, billing, licensing, AP, etc. You will have a strong knowledge of California labor and wage laws, federal and state payroll regulations and requirements.  You will have an understanding of basic accounting principles and solid financial acumen.  You must have a strong ability to maintain accurate data entry.  Prepare reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages. Strong working knowledge with Advanced Excel Skills, and high level of proficiency with Microsoft Suite (i.e., Word, Power Point, Outlook), and Database Management.  Strong organizational, analytical skills and ability to interpret data and present to facilitate business decisions. 

Skills and Abilities:
1.    Ability with handling high-volume multi-state payroll, billing, licensing, AP, etc.
2.    Strong knowledge of California labor and wage laws
3.    Strong knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations and requirements
4.    Understanding of basic accounting principles and solid financial acumen
5.    Accurate, swift, data entry abilities
6.    Strong working knowledge with Advanced Excel Skills, and high level of proficiency with Microsoft Suite (i.e., Word, Power Point, Outlook), and Database Management.
7.    Strong organizational, analytical, quantitative, logic and reasoning skills with ability to interpret data and creatively present to facilitate business decisions.
8.    Excellent consultative skills preferably in a healthcare organization, and the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external contacts. 
9.    Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
10.    Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills. 
11.    Proven success working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
