Weatherization Crew Worker

JOB PURPOSE: Weatherization Crew Workers are passionate and skilled professionals which work to deliver health and safety improvements and bill savings to households through performing energy-saving upgrades.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
  • General weatherization duties.
  • Care and maintenance of tools and equipment.
  • Care and maintenance of assigned vehicles.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Knowledge of and the ability to use basic carpentry skills.
  • Knowledge of all tools and equipment required to perform the assigned duties.
  • Must be able to follow instructions, written and oral.
  • Must be able to do heavy work on high levels (on a ladder/roof).
  • Must be able to sit/stand for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to lift heavy tools and materials.
  • Must be able to work alone or in a group.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
  • Must be able to complete all required training.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen prior to employment.
EDUCATION: High School or GED equivalent (required)

WORK SCHEDULE: Full-time, day shift.

PAY: From $16.00/hour
