About This Position

The Digital Sales Platform Business Analyst, part of the CX ADR Transformation department, coordinates with key stakeholders, and executes evidence-based analysis across the enterprise to improve customer experience. Taking a strategic view of the digital selling platform across the entire customer purchase journey, they will help with analysis and implementation of industry leading digital selling programs.The result will be a digital sales roadmap and near- term implementation plans.The position will design and analyze data, meet with key internal and external stakeholders and work with team leadership to optimize the purchase journey. Specifically, the Digital Selling Platform Business Analyst will be responsible for:

Assist in developing KPIs and lead the analysis of digital selling data to expand the digital selling process to reach and retain an industry leading position. Generate, communicate, and identify continual improvement opportunities for digital selling that inform prescriptive business decisions and marketing strategies. Support the Sales, Marketing and AHFC business units to identify strategic opportunities for customer purchase experience improvement by leveraging insights from multiple internal feedback listening posts. Support Sales, Marketing and CX with establishing, generating, and tracking platform KPIs to ensure the impact to customer experience and the business can be quantified. Present complex findings to internal and external stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Work with platform vendors and suppliers to implement refinements toward platform goals.

Responsibilities Include

Support the digital selling platform Key team member to scale digital selling optimization across the enterprise and specific business units. Partner with the key groups including Sales, Marketing, AHFC, Service to improve the process that will drive customer purchase experience enhancement. Develop and implement platform plans to achieve team goals and objectives. Support best platform practices in support of the objective of establishing and maintaining an industry leading digital selling capability. Manage platform vendor and supplier functionality: Work with the digital sales platform vendor (Tekion) to develop a feature and release roadmap that achieve business objectives. Work with project suppliers (e.g., trade, forms, DMS, Etc.) to increase functionality necessary for optimal customer and dealer experience. Develop, and promote internal KPI measurements to support the organization achieve high standards on collecting customer feedback. Support the enterprise implementation of all AHM VoC programs throughout the project lifecycle – e.g. design, prototype, report, process mapping, training, etc Reporting and presentations: Working with team leadership and senior leaders to promote digital selling activity to fulfill team mission.

Required Work Experience

5-7 years in some combination of relevant digital or offline project work

Required Education

B.S. in Business, Computer Science, or other related field

Desired Skills

Strong communications skills, storytelling, utilize data analysis to drive business improvement Experience working with dealers to improve business process and customer experience Experience in automotive projects and/or industry Knowledge of agile, ideally SAFe Demonstrated strong collaborative, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Able to interact with diverse stakeholders across the organization Demonstrated strategic decision-making mindset
