Sr. Analytics Analyst

With your expert Knowledge of SAS and the healthcare industry, you'll work with large amounts of data to design and lead clinical performance analytics and deliver actionable insights.

You'll be the subject matter expert in clinical analytics, collect business requirements, translate those into analytics design and specifications, manipulate and analyze large healthcare data across sources, and find solutions for improving clinical quality and healthcare affordability.

What You'll Be Dong:

You will be the lead for complex clinical analytics projects involving multiple data sources and inform business decisions in clinical, network, and value-based payment models.

Understand the strategic direction of the organization, and its analytical needs, and have the ability to navigate across various business units to gain buy-in for analysis design, results, and interpretation to inform business decisions.

You will lead the design and extraction of data across sources, create integrated analytic data sets, and summarize findings to inform business opportunities.

You'll ensure the appropriate use of analytics tools, and programming techniques, and build quality assurance criteria for accuracy and consistency across company.

What You'll Need for Success:

Must have 7+ years of experience in data analytics in the healthcare industry Must have 7+ years of hands-on programming experience using SAS Bachelors Degree in Math, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. Masters Degree preferred. Ability to work remotely but on EST hours.

The base salary range for this role is $120,000 to $125,000 with a 10% bonus. This base salary range represents the low and high end of the base salary range for this position. Actual base salary offered will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.
