Job Responsibilities Our Certified Nursing Assistants work in post-acute care facilities where they're responsible for direct resident care, which can include: Checking vital signs and reporting the overall condition of residents to medical staff. Helping residents with daily living activities, from grooming and hygiene to eating and bathing. Working with nursing staff members to promote the comfort, well-being, and dignity of residents.
