JOB REQUIREMENTS: We currently have an in-office opportunity for a Data Clerk/Support Staff to our Kinship Care program. This position is responsible for conducting all Criminal Background Checks on Kinship Care applicants. This position is also responsible for entering information into the State's e-WiSACWIS system and financial payment systems. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF OUR DATA ENTRY CLERK: Enter all required data into the State eWiSACWIS system (i.e. TANF data collection, provider maintenance and updates, parental information, placement information, case note information, case closings). Process Criminal Background Checks on all Kinship Care applicants. Process acceptance and denial letters and enter all Kinship Care financial/payment information in an accurate and timely manner. Enter all non-pay strips into the State eWiSACWIS system. Process and send verification letters to school providers to determine good academic standing. Provide telephone assistance and support for all Kinship Care inquiries (i.e. from providers, parents, support workers, W2 workers). Prepare all appropriate reports by the established deadlines. LOCATION & HOURS: Position is located on-site at the West Allis, WI office. Typical hours are Monday-Friday, between 8:00am-5:00pm, 25-30 hours/week. However, hours may vary based on needs of the program to ensure full coverage. Must be able to commute to West Allis, WI office. SALARY: $18.00 per hour WHY WORK WITH PSG/CIP?
