- BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience developing software in developing, integrating, and maintaining applications using ServiceNow Platform technology and tools
- 5+ years of experience in software application development
- Holds certifications in ServiceNow System Administration and ServiceNow Application Developer
- Knows how to translate business problems into software & technical requirements
- Collaborate with BSAs, QA, PMs and adopt a product management mindset and build - don't just take orders
- Proficiency in ServiceNow, JavaScript, JAVA, SQL, and building REST/SOAP APIs
- Desirable skills - HTML, CSS, Angular JS or React JS and JQuery
- Ability to effectively manage your time across multiple projects in Agile environment
- Can use Eclipse IDE, GIT, Maven, Ant, and Jenkins or equivalent
- Has high coding standards & can maintain them even when the pressure is on
- Advanced proficiency in analysis, and communication skills (verbal and written) across all organizational levels
