About The Position

Responsible for providing human resources (HR) support to a major business unit, functional area, and/or accross HR functions. This includes any issues relating to talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training and development, and HR operations.

Responsibilities

Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews and candidate debrief sessions. Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed. Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns. Assist in resolving employee conflicts or issues by providing guidance and support. Processes core employee transactions (onboarding/offboarding) and maintains accurate employee records, including personnel files, benefits information, and attendance records. Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payment to employees. Help with the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures. Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees on various topics, such as compliance training, diversity awareness, and professional development. Assist in the development of training materials and resources. Assist in ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Stay up-to-date on changes in employment law and HR best practices. Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. Participate in special HR projects and initiatives as assigned. Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Entry level role with no previous professional experience required. At least 1 year of related experience preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Knowledge of HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) is a plus.

Key Benefits

The annual pay range for the role is USD $64,000 - $92,000.

Individual pay depends on various factors, such as role level, relevant experience and skills, and location. Pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the pay range applicable at the time.
