Travel Nurse RN - PCU - Progressive Care Unit - $2,320 per week

Certification Details ACLS, BLS, NIHSS EKG exam required Job Details Hospital located in Eastern Nebraska is looking for travel RN's in their HVI (Cardio/General ICU/PCU/MedSurg combined Unit) - Generalist ICU and PCU experience accepted. PCU patients and ratio will be expected. This is an ASAP need. 13 weeks, 48 hour contracts. Job Requirements ACLS, BLS, NIHSS - Required ICU experience required but CVICU preferred RN's - Pass/Fail exam on Friday during orientation. OPEN BOOK exam on skills learned - Must receive a 90% to pass. Schedule Information Cyclic staff scheduling 12 hr nights Candidates can work with the scheduler when they report but they are looking for flexible travelers. Unit Specific Information Impella, ballon pump, ventilators, BIPAP, CPAP amio, nitro, nicardapine, epi, cardizem. Multiple other cardiac medications for blood pressure management Patient ratio varies depending on acuity: 1:2 for ICU, 1:4 for PCU, 1:5 for med surg Additional Details Heart and Vascular Institute 5th floor CUMC Bergan Mercy Universal Care: Varying levels of care ICU, PCU, Med Surg cardiac and vascular patient Navy scrubs Auto Offer based off of profile. RTO needed upfront (7 or less days required per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved including after submission.
