This position will support the leadership of our Hematology/Oncology & BMT division. If you are an organized and motivated administrative professional, we want to see you apply!
Under general direction, you will be the go to person for our leadership team, ensuring that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You willl need to be a master of multitasking, a scheduling superstar and an excellent communicator.

  • High School graduate or Certificate of General Educational Development (GED) or High School Equivalency Diploma (HSED).
  • Five years of administrative experience. Strong preference for candidate to have prior healthcare experience.
  • Exhibits guiding behaviors that reflect Children's values and support our mission and vision.
  • Knowledge of computers, clerical procedures, customer service standards, collaboration, and information management.
  • Organization, time management, interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills.

This position will have a hybrid working schedule, 2 days on site and 3 days remote from home.
Hours will be Monday through Friday 8am-4:30pm.
