Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg - $2,542 per week

Rang Healthcare: a Division of Rang Technologies is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Fargo, North Dakota. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg Discipline: RN Start Date: 10/21/2024 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days, nights Employment Type: Travel Resource Team - Float Pool - RN Med Surg needed to help in various units/locations in Fargo, as needed. 12hr Day/Night rotating shifts, with every other weekend on the schedule. General job duties, Types of procedures required: Head-to-toe assessments, medication administration by a variety of routes, care plan formulation/documentation, wound/line/drain care Equipment utilized in the unit/dept: Epic EMR, Accudose Rx, Alaris IV pumps, Philips vitals machines Required skills and minimum years of experience: Min 1-year recent MS experience in a busy large hospital, min 200 beds. Previous float pool experience preferred. Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required: BLS - must be AHA. ND or compact state RN license. Shift or schedule requirements: Rotating days/nights (shift & schedule preferences will be accommodated as able but not guaranteed) EOW/EOH, no call. Floating to over units/departments: All med-surg units, including med-surg overflow spaces and med-surg status patients within the critical care units. Med-surg specialty units include oncology, general med-surg, trauma med-surg, cardiac, neuro, observation, medical behavioral, and innovations.
