This position may be required to work nights, rotating shifts, weekends and holidays.
Why does the job exist?
This position will provide laboratory test for diagnosis, treatment and prevention of disease in an Acute and Long Term Care Facility well following all steps involved with accurate testing according to accepted laboratory standards.

Performing laboratory test for diagnosis, treatment and prevention of disease.

The staff, patients, and the community.
Ideal Candidate
Experience in laboratory in hospital setting
Minimum Qualification
Associate's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Chemistry or Biology an LMT, ASCP, or AMT certification or equivalent per CLIA standards and one (1) year of experience as it pertains to the essential duties and responsibilities of the classification.
Employment Requirements
Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and successfully pass a background check.
Working Conditions
Work is performed in a hospital setting with extended periods of sitting, standing and computer use. Ability to lift/move a minimum of 25 lbs. This position maybe required to work night or day shift, rotating shifts and may be required to work weekends and holidays.
