Currently, StaffBright is seeking an

Outside Sales Engineer- 100% remote

for a client located in

Clanton, Alabama . Ideal individuals will have 2+ years of experience in outside sales, particularly in the industrial manufacturing sector. Our client specializes in thermal management, engineered tubing, and metal finishing for variety of industries including, automotive, consumer goods, electric vehicles, aerospace, etc.

Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate sales growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Conduct regular visits to customer sites to understand their needs and provide solutions. Collaborate with internal teams, including customer service, account management, and quality assurance, to ensure customer satisfaction. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.

Qualifications: Bachelor's or Associate's degree or equivalent experience 2+ years experience in outside sales. Hunter sales experience required. Experience with aluminum, extrusion, and/or anodizing. Willingness to travel as required.
