Join a team that will "always have your back" and support you as you grow within the firm.<br><br>The <strong>Transactions Analyst</strong> will assist in all aspects of the acquisition and disposition process. Responsibilities will include underwriting potential acquisitions, in-depth scenario analysis, identifying risks, evaluating local markets, and preparing investment committee materials. In addition, the transactions analyst will prepare annual asset management presentations.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br><ul><li>Conduct detailed underwriting analysis for potential new acquisitions using Argus software and Excel models.</li><li>Evaluate and present risks related to retailer credit/performance, local market dynamics, etc.</li><li>Present analysis and recommendations to the Director.</li><li>Prepare and maintain a pipeline report.</li><li>Compile materials for the investment committee and present recommendations to the committee and equity partners.</li><li>Coordinate asset management review with multiple executives and departments.</li><li>Conduct ad hoc asset management analysis throughout the year.</li><li>Evaluate the current portfolio to identify future disposition opportunities.</li><li>Assist the Director in selecting outside brokers.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams and brokers/buyers to assemble necessary materials for potential sales.</li><li>Communicate deal attributes for potential financing with internal and external parties.</li></ul><br><strong>Qualifications: (required and preferred):</strong><br><ul><li>Bachelor's degree, preferably with a concentration in Finance and/or Real Estate.</li><li>1+ years of experience in transactions, with a focus on underwriting acquisitions.</li><li>Strong understanding of business and retail real estate.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel) and Argus DCF.</li><li>Ability to think critically, strategically, and act tactically.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels within the organization.</li></ul><br>We are committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
