The client IT Department is providing Teams Room technology to existing and new conference rooms. We are looking for skilled technical staff to assist in the provisioning and installation, including troubleshooting issues.
2. Work to be performed
Client is upgrading 45% of their conference rooms with Microsoft Teams Room software and equipment. Our goal is to complete this work before year end.
Objectives for the resource would include:

  • Onsite configuration of A/V equipment, troubleshooting, and communication with the project team supporting the provisioning and installation, including troubleshooting issues.

Estimated start date: 07/17/2023
Estimated end date: 12/31/2023
Onsite or remote: Consultant needs to be onsite to perform services.
Fulltime or parttime: Full-time, 40 hours per week
3. Specific skills/experience required
  • At least 2 years' experience in a technical support role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Experience with Teams Rooms a plus
