Oxford Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Operations Specialist to join our clients technical support team. This role operates within a 24/7, 365-day-a-year department, so the successful candidate must be open to working various shifts. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience troubleshooting computer systems and a strong knowledge of both Windows and Mac operating systems. Being bilingual in English/French or English/German is a plus. This role follows a hybrid work schedule.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to both Windows and Mac operating systems, including Windows Server OS.
  • Administer Microsoft Exchange, Azure Active Directory, and Intune.
  • Manage Cisco phone and voicemail systems.
  • Provide support for Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • Ensure operations adhere to ITIL best practices.
  • Collaborate with other team members to provide top-level technical support for a global user base.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience troubleshooting computer systems.
  • Proficient knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, including Windows Server OS.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
  • Experience administering Microsoft Exchange, Azure Active Directory, and Intune.
  • Experience with Cisco phone and voicemail administration.
  • ITIL best practices knowledge; CompTIA A+ and ITIL Foundation certifications are a plus.
  • Bilingual in English/French or English/German is a plus.
