In this role, you'll collaborate with various functions, including Analytical Development, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Clinical, Regulatory Affairs, to drive continuous improvement initiatives.<p><b>Your Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p>Assist in the design and execution of studies involving bacterial fermentation, mammalian cell culture, virus propagation, downstream processing, formulation, and filling.</p></li><li><p>Contribute to study designs and interpretation of results.</p></li><li><p>Effectively communicate study results.</p></li><li><p>Draft technical plans and reports related to project work.</p></li><li><p>Sourcing, installation, and operation of new technologies related to process development.</p></li></ul><p><b>What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):</b></p><ul><li><p>Education and Experience: A Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Immunology, Engineering, or similar field with a minimum of 1 year of related experience, or a Master’s degree.</p></li><li><p>Laboratory experience</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication skills</p></li></ul><p><b>What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):</b></p><ul><li><p>Working knowledge of Design Of Experiments.</p></li><li><p>Experience with JMP software.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with engineering upscale, downscale, and process modeling.</p></li><li><p>Good understanding of the relevant regulations for animal health vaccine development and licensing.</p></li></ul><p><b>Additional Information:</b></p><ul><li><p>Travel: Domestic &amp; International Travel may be required (10%)</p></li><li><p>Location: Fort Dodge, IA</p></li></ul><p>Don’t meet every single requirement?
