Here, you’ll be part of a company that values and champions new ways of thinking, work with dynamic individuals, and acquire new skills and experiences that will propel your career to new heights.</b><p><b>Making animals’ lives better makes life better – join our team today!</b><p><b>Your Role: Turn Team Operator </b><p><span>You will join a team of highly trained craftsman that perform tasks in a wide range of mechanical disciplines.  We are a highly regulated company that has success by doing the job correctly the first time and technology is always changing and updating. </span><p><b>3rd Shift (Monday - Friday, 11pm-7:30am)</b><p><b>Your Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p>Troubleshoot, repair and perform preventative maintenance as assigned, as well as perform detailed documentation of repair and preventive maintenance activities, cause and remedy.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with other workers to repair or move machines, machine parts or equipment and implement metal work, sawing, welding, grinding, and filling.</p></li><li><p>Perform basic shop math and practical shop calculations with fractions, decimals, and percentage, as well as demonstrate an understanding of mechanical systems to allow effective and efficient troubleshooting.</p></li><li><p>Use a computer to keep accurate and complete records, meeting cGMP documentation practices.</p></li><li><p>Follow department standard operating procedures (SOPs), OSHA standards and lockout tag out procedures, and procedures for handling hazardous wastes.</p></li></ul><p><b>What You Need To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)</b></p><ul><li><p>High school diploma or equivalent</p></li><li><p>Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to train others.</p></li><li><p>Perform calculations and conversions involving weights, volumes, and percentages.</p></li><li><p>Ability to perform activities including walking, bending, lifting, confined space entry, etc.</p></li></ul><p><b>Additional Information: </b></p><ul><li><p>Must have the ability to pass aseptic gowning.</p></li></ul><p>Do<span><span>n’t</span><span> meet every single requirement?  Studies have shown underrepresented groups are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every single qualification.
