* Perform research & tax analysis and document findings/conclusions
* Keep up to date on current tax practices and changes in tax law
* Supervise, delegate, and develop tax team
* Provide exceptional client service as well as develop trusted client relationships
* Generate new business and cross selling services with existing clients
*What We Are Looking for In Tax Candidates:*
* 4-8 years of relevant tax experience
* Bachelor’s degree in accounting or Master in Taxation
* CPA license preferred
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong leadership and personnel management skills
* Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Ultra Tax, and QuickBooks
