Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing employee-owned company, is seeking a Systems Engineer to support the U.S. Army Tactical Exploitation of National Capabilities (TENCAP) program. The successful candidate will prepare decision justification materials, design studies to identify and address program/project capability gaps, analysis of alternatives and recommendations for decisions, and study results for presentation to leadership. They must also develop and manage requirement baselines; address configuration and change management; prepare, present, and evaluate technical reviews; and execute risk, issue, and opportunity management. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with test and evaluation staff for execution of requirements verification and validation, and providing technical input to Simplified Acquisition Management Plans (SAMPs) to address the program's overall acquisition approach, including systems engineering and risk management approaches for TENCAP projects
Required Skills

  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Excellent understanding of the review process (SRR, PDR, CDR)
  • Familiar with system engineering V-model, requirements development, management and traceability, design, development, integration, validation, and verification
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance
Required Experience
  • Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering, engineering science, physical science, or mathematical science discipline; OR
  • Associate's degree in an engineering, engineering science, physical science, or mathematical science discipline + 4 years of work experience; OR
  • 6 years of work experience
Desired Qualifications
  • Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP)
  • Progressively complex experience in the design, development, integration, and testing of DOD or IC intelligence systems
  • Experience in a systems engineering position working on DOD programs / projects
  • Experience in a systems engineering management position leading a technical team working on DOD or IC programs / projects
