Sales Project Manager

<ul><li>Serves as primary liaison between company and customer to develop best-in-class retail merchandising solutions to achieve sales growth</li><li>Manages display and primary packaging development process and execution, working with internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Serves as subject matter expert on Menasha's products and capabilities to align with customer's brand objectives</li><li>Proactively manages project timelines and communicates progress with key stakeholders, ensuring key dates and deadlines are met</li><li>Makes recommendations to customer to optimize quality, structural and brand graphics integrity</li><li>Drives internal and customer continuous improvement initiatives to deliver cost savings</li><li>Manages internal and customer complaints and assures appropriate corrective actions</li><li>Coordinates comprehensive cost estimates working with key stakeholders</li><li>Prepares and reviews required business reports</li><li>Maintains and shares industry, professional and technical knowledge by networking, attending industry events, and reviewing professional publications</li><li>Directs staffing, training, and performance management to develop and improve the sales support function as required</li></ul><p><b>Education &amp; Experience</b><br /><ul><li>Bachelor's degree required</li><li>Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience required</li></ul><p><b>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities</b><br /><ul><li>Ability to design, implement and execute Customer Relationship Management (CRM) business processes and associated applications</li><li>Knowledge of and ability to implement effective strategies and activities that promote long-term customer loyalty</li><li>Knowledge of project management skills to identify, coordinate, communicate, schedule and determine resources for each project and customer activity</li><li>Familiarity with organization's policies, standards and procedures guiding customer interactions Knowledge of practices, tools, and techniques for communicating with a customer</li><li>Knowledge of and ability to apply the processes, activities and tools associated with managing customer requests</li></ul><p><b>Physical Requirements &amp; Work Environment</b><br /><ul><li>Primarily works in an office environment with occasional time spent in a production and/or warehouse setting</li><li>Position may be based at Menasha Packaging site or customer location</li><li>Occasional travel required</li></ul><br />#LI-HM1<p>#MPC <img src="https://ars2.equest.com/? response_id=fa874197d1804fc33a4c69e88ec8461e&view" alt=" " width="1" height="1"/>
