The Marketing Manager will assist Success Mortgage with its internal and external marketing and communications efforts. This position will also lead the companys onboarding efforts to ensure a smooth and enjoyable transition for newly hired loan officers. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this person will help shape the company's strategic marketing plan and deliver content and training to the loan officers of the company and assist with the communications plan for company leadership and ancillary business partners. This is an office- position based in either Winchester, VA, Delaware, West Virginia, PA or Maryland.

Marketing Manager

Help communicate brand tools and resources to current agents, loan officers & future recruits

Assist with the creation of internal communications through various channels (social & email)

Assist with the creation of creative assets through Adobe tools, Canva, or other creative software to be used in both digital and print mediums (ie. newspaper, brochures, flyers, magazines, etc)

Make adjustments to company and agent websites (WordPress platform)

Host company trainings on various company or marketing tools and trending concepts

Assist in the onboarding of new agents & loan officers including initial supply ordering, website setup (from template) & overview of company tools

Consult with agents & loan officers on an as-needed basis regarding individualized marketing plans

Draft and distribute press releases (avg. 1-2/mo)

Communicate marketing updates with company leadership on a weekly basis and agents and employees on a monthly basis via live presentation

Create agent or loan officer marketing pieces (print or digital) from templates. Customized pieces may need designed on an as-needed basis

Manage company social media pages. Work with office managers and admin to provide content and strategy for local office pages.

Create monthly social and blog content to be shared via the company social media content library

Respond to agent or loan officer inquiries and requests in a timely manner.

Monitor company Google My Business reviews & inquiries

Monitor company digital analytics and make recommendations as needed (Google Analytics, ListTrac, Meta ads, etc.)

Work with company leadership and management to create marketing collateral for various company programs and events

Curate the weekly company newsletter (The Weekly Lineup)
