Job Description
  • Project Oversight:
    • Manage day-to-day operations and ensure adherence to plans and timelines.
    • Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, and conduct site inspections.
  • Team Management:
    • Supervise construction crew, assign tasks, and ensure safety on site.
  • Communication:
    • Act as main point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates and resolving issues.
  • Quality Control:
    • Maintain construction quality standards and oversee inspections and testing.
  • Schedule Management:
    • Develop and manage project schedules, coordinating deliveries and logistics.
  • Budget Oversight:
    • Monitor project costs, control expenditures, and review contractor invoices.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
    • Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and obtain necessary permits.

The Successful Applicant
  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in managing commercial construction projects within budget and schedule.
  • Effective Leadership: Strong leadership skills in supervising teams and fostering a collaborative, safety-focused environment.
  • Clear Communication: Excellent communicator with stakeholders, resolving issues promptly and ensuring project updates are clear and consistent.
  • Problem-Solving: Skilled in identifying and resolving challenges to maintain project momentum and quality.
  • Organizational Ability: Exceptional at managing schedules, resources, and tasks to meet project objectives.
  • Detail-Oriented: Meticulous in overseeing construction quality, inspections, and compliance with regulations.
  • Self-perform experience
  • Construction related degree a plus!
