What you’ll do:
As a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounting AR/AP Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the operational AR and AP functions of our Company. Collaborating closely with our accounting and administrative team members, you will ensure that our customers, vendors, owners, and employees receive exceptional and prompt accounting and administrative support. Embracing a proactive approach, you will actively contribute to and champion our continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- A strong passion for accounting and finance
- Proven aptitude in applying accounting principles
- A minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in accounting
A qualified candidate should have::
- Hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative work environment
- Excellent typing and 10-Key data entry skills
- Proficiency in computer operating systems and a strong command of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word
- An innate ability to accurately and efficiently enter data, while maintaining ETS' standards of production and accuracy
- An exceptional eye for detail, allowing for quick identification and correction of any errors
- A proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-throughput setting
- The capacity to remain composed when working under pressure
- A willingness to learn and consistently adhere to detailed Standard Operating Procedures and protocols
- The availability to work flexible schedules, as necessary, to meet project and filing deadlines
Candidates should be comfortable sitting or standing for extended periods while carrying out various administrative tasks. They should also be capable of performing repetitive hand movements commonly associated with the use of electronic and computerized office equipment.
Candidates will also be required to complete basic skills testing and undergo a background check.

The salary range for this role is: $24.00 - $29.00. The actual compensation offered within this range will depend on factors such as the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, geographic location, and market data alignment.
