ServiceNow ITBM/SPM Developer

ECS is seeking a <strong>ServiceNow SPM Developers </strong>with an active <strong>clearance </strong>to work <strong>remotely.</strong> <br> <br> <strong>Job Description:</strong> <br>We are currently seeking ServiceNow ITBM/SPM Developers with varying skill levels that will consult and support end to end ServiceNow implementations and delivery goals. These positions will leverage knowledge and experience to deliver end-to-end automated solutions which includes technical implementation of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes, workflow customization, ticketing, process automation, report development, dashboard creation, and system configurations. <br> <br>Salary; $130,000 - $160,000<br> <br>General Description of Benefits <br> <br> <strong>Required Skills:</strong> <br> <ul> <li> <strong>Must be a US Citizen and possess a current Public Trust or DoD Secret level clearance or higher.</strong></li> <li>Must possess and be able to demonstrate knowledge for current ServiceNow certification in two or more applications related to the requirement (SPM, HRSD, ITSM, ITOM, CSM / Portal DevOps)</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in CIS, Computer Science or equivalent</li> <li>3+ years' ofServiceNow <strong>SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) </strong>experience with Demand/Idea, Strategic Planning, PPM</li> <li> <strong>Certified Implementation Specialist (SPM)</strong></li> <li>Functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow configuration and implementation</li> <li>Consultant in 3 or more ServiceNow implementation projects</li> <li>Knowledge of JavaScript or similar scripting language</li> <li>Implementation experience working directly with customers and clients</li> <li>Knowledge of LDAP, AD, SSO, Email Infrastructure, Web Services</li> </ul> <strong>Desired Skills:</strong> <br> <ul> <li>Security Plus (Sec+) certification or equivalent</li> <li>ITILv3 or ITILv4 fundamentals certification</li> <li>Knowledge of relational databases</li> <li>Knowledge of systems, infrastructure, and networks</li> </ul>ECS is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate or allow discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, age, national origin, citizenship, disability, veteran status or any other classification protected by federal, state, or local law.
