<strong>Job Summary</strong>: Participate in cross-functional project teams to implement creative solutions. Monitors performance of equipment, machines and tools and correct equipment problems or process parameters that produce non-conforming products, low yields or product quality issues. Interfaces with Quality and R&D to integrate new products or processes. Responsible for identifying and correcting manufacturing process nonconformance's identified during prototype builds.<br><br><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong>:<br><br>-Adheres to Integer's Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.<br><br>-Develops new and unique approaches to complex problems and advance technology beyond previous company involvement.<br><br>-Plans/develops engineering projects concerned with unique or high-profile problems which have important effect on major organization programs.<br><br>-Provides management with technical guidance as required.<br><br>-Identifies and procures the appropriate process equipment.<br><br>-Investigates, develops and implements new process technologies of major scope.<br><br>-Documentation including but not limited to procedures, training, protocols, data analysis, planning, reports, etc.<br><br> -Leads project/program meetings, etc.<br><br>-Maintains liaison with individuals and business units within or outside his/her organization with responsibility for acting independently on technical matters pertaining to his/her field.<br><br>-Subject matter expert in engineering specialty/application.<br><br>-Will work within a mix of office, lab, production floor environment <br><br>-Performs other duties as required.<br><br><strong>Minimum Education</strong>: Bachelor's degree in related field. Master's degree strongly preferred.<br><br><strong>Minimum Experience</strong>: 7+ years of experience<br><br><strong>Specialized Skills and Knowledge</strong>:<br><br>-Solid modeling (specifically Solidworks, Pro-E, Pro-Engineer, Inventor)<br><br>- Minitab (or other statistical analysis software package), MS PowerPoint/Visio, MS Access, MS Project<br><br>-Any specific experience in Coating, PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition), Metallization, Sputter would be a plus<br><br>- Design of Experiments (DOE)<br><br>- [New] equipment specification, qualification, transfer, procedure development<br><br>-Six Sigma, Green Belt, Black Belt, would be a plus, but are not required
