Senior Manager M&A

A great UHY client is seeking a <strong>Sr. Manager, M&A Project Manager</strong> to join their team. The ideal candidate will have M&A Divestiture experience, solid project management experience, will be self-directed, self-motivated with strong critical thinking skills, and will have experience with executing, understanding and compliance with TSA.<br><br>The <strong>Sr. Manager, M&A Project Manager</strong> role is a hybrid position - being in office Mon, Tues, and Wed. This is a client direct hire position.<br><br><strong>Sr. Manager, M&A Project Manager Requirements:</strong><br><ul><li>Minimum Bachelor's Degree, and advanced in related field degree preferred </li><li>Proven track record in managing M&A activities</li><li>Experience with managing, writing TSA</li><li>Strong project management experience, and highly developed critical thinking skills </li><li>Ability to apply organizational knowledge, and utilize cross functional teams to advance project acceleration</li><li>General awareness of business processes across functions and standard financial metrics</li><li>Strong team collaboration skills, along with the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategic concepts in a clear and persuasive manner</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills coupled with strong financial, legal and general business acumen</li><li>Exemplary attention to detail in all aspects of work product</li><li>Strong organizational and follow-up skills, along with transparent communication, energetic, and a strong work ethic </li><li>Ability to travel periodically, if needed</li></ul><br><strong>Sr. Manager, M&A Project Manager Responsibilities: </strong><br><ul><li>Manage M&A related projects to drive successful execution against the project plan, including recommendations to stakeholders, and holding cross-functional teams accountable for timely execution of deliverables, and ensuring the project remains on schedule and within budget</li><li>Demonstrate a thorough understanding of TSA - experience with writing and evaluating TSA</li><li>Experience with project management and execution of M&A divestiture projects to support pre-close, post- close, and separation activities</li><li>Evaluate contracts and operational needs, including pricing and structure services, and provide planning to close the gaps with new services, systems, people, processes, or contracts</li><li>Support activities and cost tracking to enhance value</li><li>Experience with routine reporting and status updates to the leadership ensuring all stakeholders are aligned, proactively address potential issues and risks, facilitate issue escalation and timely decision-making</li><li>Active project management of the timeline including meeting schedules, reporting structures, tools/templates, and processes and procedures</li></ul><br>UHY Advisors'?
