Seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician with expertise in general building repair and maintenance. Essential Duties:
- Maintain a safe working environment and perform preventive procedures for building facilities.
- General repair and maintenance of company buildings, including drywall, paint, and various coatings.
- Electrical experience preferred.
- Purchase parts as needed subject to policy.
Required Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and knowledge of facilities maintenance concepts.
- Three years of experience in general building repair and maintenance.
- High school diploma/GED required.
Physical Requirements:
The employee must be able to walk, talk, see, hear, and operate office machinery.
Working Conditions:
Indoor/Outdoor: The job may expose the employee to varying outside weather conditions.
Hazardous Materials/Noise: Moderate noise level in the workplace.
