We are currently seeking an experienced business analyst to join us as an Associate Business Architect who will be a visionary, a strategic thinker, an analyst, and a change agent. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: To include, but not limited to the following: Collaborate with APi Group's Business Architect to establish and mature our Business Architecture practice. Develop and implement governance and best practices around business architecture. Document business capability maps and value streams to help articulate strategy and support the execution of roadmaps. Ensure the business and operating models fit together by showing the interdependencies between components, and that the business model story makes sense. Assesses near-term and long-term needs, to establish business and IT investment priorities. Communicate with all levels of our enterprise. Engage with various stakeholders across our businesses and IT, facilitating discussions, driving consensus, and influencing decisions that drive best outcomes. Communicate and promote the value of business architecture to stakeholders, including senior management and decision-makers. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and remove redundancies which drive value for the business. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business or technology 3+ years of experience working in business or enterprise architecture and/or business analysis. Experience working with business process modeling tools. Experience facilitating, leading, or being a part of multi-disciplined, high-performance fusion teams. Benefits and Compensation: This role will be fully in-office based out of our New Brighton headquarters. The pay range is $84,000 - $126,000, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for annual bonus and profit sharing based on company performance in addition to other benefits that support the total well-being of you and your family.
