As an IV RN, you will play a crucial role in providing world-class healthcare services to our patients. You will work collaboratively with a team of professionals to ensure flawless patient care and positive outcomes. This is an ambitious opportunity for an experienced RN to make a significant impact in the lives of our patients.<br> <br> <strong>Responsibilities:</strong> <br> <ul> <li>Administer intravenous medications and fluids to patients</li> <li>Monitor and assess patients' responses to IV therapies</li> <li>Assist with the insertion and maintenance of IV lines</li> <li>Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to determine appropriate IV treatments</li> <li>Educate patients and their families on IV therapy procedures and potential side effects</li></ul> <br> <br> <b>Qualifications</b> <br> <b>Requirements:</b> <br> <ul> <li>Valid RN license in Massachusetts</li> <li>Proven experience in administering IV therapies</li> <li>Proficiency in IV medication and fluid administration</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment</li> <li>CPR Certfication</li></ul> <br> <br> <b>EEO Statement</b> <br> Mass General Brigham is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
