Location: Newburyport, MA (in-office with possible hybrid after 6 months)
Salary = $70,000 to $80,000

As a Client Service Associate you can expect to:

▪ Think. We want your mind in the mix, to perceive, observe, reflect, decide, and act.
▪ Stay apprised of client meetings and ongoing activities, keeping up to date on the advisors’ priorities and
projects, goals, and timelines.
▪ Coordinate the advisors’ calendar availability; appropriately blocking time and coordinating commitments
with the team.
▪ Critical thinking and approaches in day-to-day client needs and communicate with advisors when
appropriate.
▪ Service client accounts/portfolios, both in person, over the phone, and behind the scenes.
▪ Answer incoming phone calls in a professional manner
▪ Add new households and track referrals in CRM
▪ Create and distribute general and individual informational mailings to clients
▪ Process client paperwork, including new account, power of attorney, and beneficiary changes
▪ Update contact management system
▪ Scan documents and electronically file client statements, correspondence, agreements, and so forth
▪ Anticipate advisors’ needs and handle them proactively
▪ Schedule client meetings, annual reviews, and make pre-meeting confirmations calls
▪ Schedule initial consultation meetings, send introduction emails, and perform necessary follow up
▪ Maintain office supplies
▪ Support marketing initiatives and social media efforts on an as-needed project basis

Qualifications for this role include:
o Minimum of three years of experience in an administrative role in the financial services industry
o Minimum of three years of experience in a client-facing role is required
o Excellent communication and relationship management skills
o Strong computer desktop skills are required: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.),
o Superior organizational skills
o Technology-forward and internet savvy
o Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
o High attention to detail and efficiency; able to multitask, manage multiple projects at once
o Ability to learn quickly
