Here are some details: Requires ABR Board Certification or a recent grad ready to sit for the boards in Interventional Radiology, Illinois License, IL CSR, DEA, at least 1 year of experience and a clean background M-F, 730am-5pm, shared weekly call 1:6 Average daily cases: 11 Procedure Lab cases, 8.0 Para/Thoras, 7-8 CT/US Biopsies Adult-46%, Geriatric-54%, Peds-handful a year for lines and tube changes. Medicare-44%, Medicaid-18%. Full IR services including but not limited to: Image guided biopsies and drainages, Dialysis access maintenance and line placement Hepatobiliary Interventions DVT and PE management and interventions (CDT and Thrombectomy) Diagnostic arteriography and arterial interventions including treatment of PAD, hemorrhage (trauma, GI), oncology.
