Head of Sales – Ceilings / Floor Access

Package: 10% Bonus along with excellent supporting package Working for this major manufacturer you will be responsible for Sales in the UK. Managing a team of 4 Specification Sales Managers along with currently 5 Internal / Technical Sales individuals. You will be expected to lead and drive growth within the UK working across all relevant RTMs including Architects, Main/Sub Contractors and Specifiers. Accountable for the creation and execution of sales strategies and plans that align to the companies ambitious strategic plan and targets. Managing a turnover of £13m but with big investment, huge growth will be expected. Responsibilites will include developing, targeting and coaching the sales and marketing teams to achieve the targets and expectations set out in the sales plan. Company
