  • Oversee and manage daily operations of waste water treatment facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of plant operators, technicians, and other staff.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures and maintenance plans.
  • Monitor and analyze treatment processes and performance metrics.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
  • Coordinate with regulatory agencies and stakeholders to maintain compliance.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for staff.
  • Respond to emergencies and troubleshoot operational issues. Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in waste water treatment operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • In-depth knowledge of waste water treatment processes, equipment, and technology.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using treatment plant management software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Commitment to safety and environmental regulations.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Wastewater Treatment Operator) are preferred. Benefits: Bonus:
