Job Summary:

The Respiratory Therapist is responsible for assessing, treating, and managing patients with cardiopulmonary disorders, including neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, and adults. This role requires proficiency in all modalities of respiratory care, including oxygen therapy, breathing treatments, airway clearance, and ventilator management.

Licensure and Certification:

Candidates must be certified or registered in CRT or RRT, with NRP and BLS certification within 6 months of employment. Licensure for Respiratory Care is also required according to South Dakota regulatory requirements.

Work Schedule:

This is a PRN position with varied shifts, as needed, with casual requirements per department policy.
