Seeking a compassionate and empathetic Nurse to deliver care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease in a fast-paced outpatient dialysis center.
Job Description
DaVita is a clinical leader in the dialysis industry, with a mission to provide quality service to patients, partners, and teammates. We are seeking a Nurse who is passionate about delivering care in an intimate outpatient setting.
Responsibilities:
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families
- Work in a positive environment with a supportive team
- Deliver care to patients with multiple co-morbidities, requiring unique treatment plans and a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge
- Oversee a group of patients with the support of PCTs to conduct patient observations, measuring stats and machine set up
Requirements:
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
- Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg may be helpful
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) may be beneficial
