- Assess and develop therapeutic retraining programs for patients' daily living/work-related skills.
- Confer with physicians and healthcare team members to develop the Plan of Care Treatment.
- Provide therapeutic treatment to improve strength, coordination, and range-of-motion.
- Coordinate care and discharge planning activities, acting as a resource for patient needs.
- Design adaptive equipment and train staff and family members in retraining programs.
- Supervise and evaluate performance of Occupational Therapy Assistant and Home Health Aide.
Qualifications:
- Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
- Minimum six months of occupational therapy experience preferred.
- Current and unrestricted OT licensure and CPR certification.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
