As a Manager role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse group of professionals and contribute to the flawless execution of our training programs. This position offers a unique chance to make a significant impact in the field of pharmaceutical training.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the Sr. Manager Quality Training to ensure the training program is executed per the training processes.

Lead a team that will focus on:

Curriculum management

Training Audits
-
Learning Plan management
-
Content creation and management
-
Apply your extensive knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and GxPs to continuously drive innovation and improvements within the training program.

Collaborate with the Investigations team to ensure that training is the proper root cause and determine effective corrective and preventative actions.

Evaluate current training programs for areas of improvement to streamline training and increase engagement.
Qualifications
Education:
- A minimum of a bachelors or equivalent University degree is required.
Required:
-
A minimum of 6 years relevant work experience.
-
Proven experience working within the pharmaceutical industry.
-
Strong understanding of the GxPs and regulations.
-
Proficiency managing training and training projects.
Other:
- This position may require up to 10% domestic travel.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $99,000 to $170,200.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporations performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Companys discretion on an individual basis.
