Insight Global is seeking an Active Directory Security Specialist to join a security operations team in their shared services IT organization focused in XAM. The goal of this team is to secure and harden platforms involving SSO, PAM, Authentication, etc. This individual will focus on the improvement of insecure protocol understanding and integration issues. They will partner with Application Owners to convey this, as well as be the go to for AD support, AD Security, and Cloud Interface solutions. The work will be project-based and have flex hours as this candidate will be the point-person for both app owners and technical teams as they perform POC testing and deploy AD tools. In order to be successful, the ideal candidate will have a wide breadth of application security knowledge and experience to recommend process improvements and solutions for service performance even outside of AD or Disaster Recovery. This person will be highly motivated and driven with a passion for technology.

Previous consultant work for AD/AAD
- 3+ years of on-prem Active Directory security and hardening support and troubleshooting experience in a global enterprise environment (Authentication, DFS, GPO, LDAP)
- Previous successes deploying multiple AD tools in several on-prem and cloud interfaces
- Diverse solutions portfolio
- Experience with legacy and modern authentication and authorization protocols such as Kerberos, OpenID Connect, OAuth or SAML.
- Familiarity working in AWS EC2 and Azure environments building and supporting servers
- Excellent documentation, reporting, and interpersonal/story-telling skills
