Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely completion of construction projects. • Maintain a strong focus on meeting production schedules and project deadlines. • Implement strategies to optimize project efficiency without compromising quality. • Manage project budgets and profitability, identifying areas for cost control and revenue enhancement. • Source, select, and manage subcontractors to ensure they meet project requirements and deadlines. • Foster positive and collaborative relationships with subcontractors, holding them to high standards of performance. • Implement and enforce rigorous quality control processes to ensure projects meet or exceed industry standards. • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues, ensuring the highest level of workmanship. • Provide strong leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project team members. • Proactively address and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.
