For this role, we are looking for a highly motivated program manager, experienced and eager to support Kimberly-Clark's transformation journey. This role will lead critical program initiatives on behalf of the TO globally, partnering with business and functional leaders to develop actionable plans, aligned to overall program goals. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, exemplary communication, and embody a think customer mindset. </span></p> <p> <span> </span></p> <p> <span>Program Managers across the TO have will provide a broad range of skilled and confidential support to ensure smooth operation of the business. The incumbent must maintain strong interpersonal relationships with employees at all levels of the organization and a high level of confidentiality is a key asset for the position.</span></p> <p></p> <p> <b> <span>Job Functions:</span></b></p> <p> <span>Program Manager part of the Transformation Office, responsible for leading transformation initiatives, a critical part in driving organizational change and ensuring overall success on behalf of the enterprise.</span> <br /> </p> <p> <span> <span>Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:</span> </span></p> <ul> <li> <span>Leading Transformation: Lead large-scale, challenging and complex initiatives in addition to developing and executing program strategies to drive organization change and achieve transformation goals.</span></li> <li> <span>Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on program objectives and progress, communicating effectively with sponsors, project teams and other stakeholders to drive program success. </span></li> <li> <span>Diversity and Inclusion: Given the global nature of this role, ability to collaborate with different cultures effectively and flexibility to accommodate time zones required for success. </span></li> <li> <span>Resource Management: Manage program resources, including budget, timeline, and team members, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to meet program objectives.</span></li> <li> <span>Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks that may impact program delivery and success, working with key stakeholders to develop plans to minimize obstacles. </span></li> <li> <span>Performance Monitoring: Co-create effective value realization processes, including establishing KPIs, to track program progress and outcomes, monitoring and reporting out performance vs. target on an established cadence.</span></li></ul> <p></p> <p></p> <p> <b>Qualifications and Required Skills:</b></p> <p> <u> <span>Education & Experience</span></u></p> <ul> <li> <span>10&#43; years' experience in program management with a track record of successful delivery on large transformation programs, including management of complex cross-organizational projects, landing them on time and with high quality.</span></li> <li> <span>10&#43; years' experience translating big ideas into execution tied to tangible business results.</span></li></ul> <p></p> <p> <u> <span>Required Skills:</span></u></p> <ul> <li> <span>Exceptional leadership qualities to motivate and guide cross-functional teams with an ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment towards common goals. </span></li> <li> <span>Strong process and problem-solving skills to organize complex challenges in the transformation process and implement governance and structure to enable progress.</span></li> <li> <span>Ability to solve organizational problems, articulate views/roadmaps for future development, and understand the interaction between infrastructure, operations, and development. </span></li> <li> <span>Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross functional audiences.
